Returns + Policies

SHIPPING:

STANDARD SHIPPING: $4.99.  ALL ORDERS OVER $100: FREE SHIPPING!
Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days after your purchase (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).  Your order will be shipped first class or priority shipping with USPS which usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. 

*** Due to Nationwide Shipping Delays and product shortages, some sizes and colors are taking longer than anticipated to get in stock.  We will print and ship your order as soon as we have product in stock.

RETURN + EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund you for most items.  However, due to the nature of a small online business, there are some return guidelines and restrictions. 

Email us at iplayclothingco@gmail.com to request a return/exchange authorization. Return/Exchange Policy:  We will exchange or refund original payment methods within 14 days on all orders. After 14 days your order will be handled on a case by case basis by our Customer Service.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with standard returns and exchanges.  We will cover all shipping costs to send exchanges back to you!   If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will cover return shipping and replace the item promptly.  We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet the following standards. 

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Email us at iplayclothingco@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.

All clothing must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. Gift / products must be returned in their original box. 

Return Shipping fees are not refunded. We will pay to ship exchanges back to you.

We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.  All refunds and exchanges will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting the items.  Returns and exchanges will be processed Monday - Friday.  Any return or exchange requests made on the weekends will be responded to within 1-3 business days.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.  When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.  We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time. Your credit card is completely safe.  Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
